The Eire Companies has been involved in numerous work outs for local developers, national brokerage for several large corporations and then as a developer for some of the same corporations. Some investment assets were accumulated during the brokerage years but the main focus was on single tenant sale/leaseback and build-to-suit transactions.

Over the past two years The Eire Companies has terminated all corporate real estate transaction efforts and is focusing on the development and acquisition of assets for income purposes in the Palm Beach and Broward Markets.
