Prior to 1985, Mark held various positions in the Food Service and Hotel Industry with Marriott, Hilton Hotels, and Private Restaurant Operations in New York City.
Following that, Mark worked as Managing Director, Broker, and Asset Manager with Edward S. Gordon Company and later Cushman & Wakefield in lower Manhattan. He was in charge of approximately 13,000,000 square feet of commercial pre-war renovation projects. His additional responsibilities included reconstruction, leasing, and management. As the Senior Vice President of the South East Region for The Galbreath Company, Mark was responsible for new construction, land development sales, asset management, and then on the work out team with lenders. Following the successful out placing of the properties, The Eire Companies began operations. The Eire Companies has been involved in national brokerage for several large corporations, and then in 1998 as a developer for some of those same corporations. Investment assets were accumulated during the brokerage years but the main focus had been on single tenant sale leaseback and build to suit transactions. Following the loss of a dear friend on September 11th, and the loss of a family member in a separate accident, Mark made a conscious decision to have The Eire Companies terminate all Nationwide Corporate Real Estate Transaction efforts and focus on the development and acquisition of assets for income purposes in the Palm Beach and Broward markets. |

Ted joined The Eire Companies in 2003. He is responsible for all aspects of operating the portfolio of properties and management companies owned by The Eire Companies. Ted has a rich history of management and entrepreneurism. For over 23 years, he was a management consultant and venture capitalist in New York City.
As an international management consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Ted advised and participated in significant change management and turnaround initiatives wide a wide variety of industries, such as transportation and logistics, insurance, private and investment banking, cosmetics and publishing. His focus has always been to achieve outstanding results in difficult business environments, with a focus on fine-tuning strategies while orchestrating business improvement through thorough operational, technology and processing excellence. Ted also held positions with Bankers Trust Company, Times Mirror and Computer Sciences Corporation. As the President of several venture capital-backed companies, with the backing of Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, Ted led several start-ups through full life cycles. Ted directed all activities of these ventures, including: strategy development and deployment, strategic partnering, operational and organizational development, technology platform and infrastructure, marketing and sales and real estate acquisition. He directed the successful private placement of two companies, resulting in significant return for shareholders. Ted earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a major in Management from Virginia Tech and earned an MBA in Finance from Florida State University. He is married, has two children and lives in Boca Raton, Florida. |

Janet joined our company in January 2002. Janet moved from New York to South Florida in 1991. Janet is responsible for all financial operations of The Eire Companies.
Janet worked for nine years as Assistant to the President for a major real estate company in New York. Janet controlled accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and employee benefits. Janet has more than 10 years experience as a staff accountant for a medium size public accounting firm. She assisted 15 to 20 small and medium size companies monthly and quarterly. Janet provided accounting and tax services and assisted these individual companies with their operational and financial needs Janet graduated from a New York State University in 1976, and obtained an Associate of Science degree. Janet continued her education in accounting at Broward Community College and Florida Atlantic University. |

Alyssa joined The Eire Companies in 2002. She is responsible for selling and leasing office space in three buildings in Boca Raton. Alyssa has a diverse background in sales and marketing.
Beginning in marketing, Alyssa worked for Graphic Security Systems, a leader in patented anti-counterfeiting technology. Her duties included generating leads from foreign and domestic governments, attending trade shows, and maintaining current accounts. Most recently Alyssa worked in Advertising, specializing in the online media with similar responsibilities. Alyssa received a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a major in Finance, from Florida Atlantic University. |

Mario Levine grew up in Washington, D.C. He spent time traveling around the world visiting many countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Egypt, El Salvador, Russia and Isreal. Allowing him to get a well rounded view at world cultures. He went to school at Denison University in Granville, Ohio and continuing his education at Palm Beach Community College in Boca Raton, Florida. he received his real estate liscense from the state of Floirda in 2002.
Before coming to the eire companies he spent five years in the hospitality industry. He began as waiter in the industry and finished his career in the industry as a general manger of a restaurant at the five star Boca Raton Resort and Club. learning there the importance of meeting budgets, payrolls and most important satisfying the client. He now is the manager of the warehouse division of The Eire Companies and plans to bring his talents to help the success of the already successful eire companies. |

Lori started with the Eire companies as a design intern during the summer of 2003. She assisted as a project manager and design coordinator
Born in Ft. Lauderdale and raised in Boca Raton, Lori is a Florida native. Lori received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Florida Atlantic University in 1996. She attended the University of Colorado in pursuit of a Masters degree in Sculpture and design. In addition to her studies, Lori was an Instructor at the university and taught both design and sculpture. She spent 2 years in Colorado and received her Master of Fine Arts in December 2003. |

Patrice joined The Eire Companies in February 2002. She has been in the real estate profession for almost 10 years. With an extensive background in real estate, Patrice began her career as a brokers assistant.
Currently Patrice is the Property Manager for Boynton Mobile Village, a property with over 90 mobile homes, boat, and RV storage. She has been very successful by increasing overall revenue by 30% throughout the past year. Her years of experience in real estate have allowed Patrice to be an innovative thinker and to expand her managerial duties to include supervising major renovations of the property. |
